Shipping policy

Digital Products: Digital Products (e-books and audiobooks) will be delivered via email from Bookfunnel (my digital delivery service) once the transaction is processed. Bookfunnel will deliver to the email address you used at checkout. Shipping charges do not apply. 

Physical Products: Shipping cost is determined by product weight. Paperbacks and author swag will be packaged up with love soon after your order is placed. You should receive confirmation once you place your order, and then another confirmation with tracking once your order is shipped. Expect your special package to arrive 7-14 business days later. Enjoy!

Order Problems: If you do not receive your order or are having problems accessing it, please contact me via my store chat. Be advised, I am a busy momprenuer, so sometimes messages may not be responded to for up to 48 hours. Thank you ahead of time for your patience with me.
