Refund policy

Ebooks and Audiobooks:

All ebook and audiobook sales are final. 

If you have made a duplicate purchase, you must let us know within 48 hours, and a refund will be considered for ebook or audiobooks. 

 

Paperback Returns:

Unless your book is damaged or misprinted, paperback sales are final. If your book is damaged or defective, you must let us know within seven days of receipt of item (Contact information down below). You will receive either a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer, once request has been approved. Limited edition items may not be available for replacement.
